Jay-Khar Construction is headed by Er. J. S. Jayakhar Rose, B.E(civil), M.Tech (struct), FIV as its Managing Director who has a wide range of hands on experience and exposure in construction planning and execution. Under his dynamic and visionary leadership, a well knit team of dedicated professionals and experts are striving to take the company to greater heights.

We design your dream house as per the Dreams & Requirements of clients and propose a wide range of architectural designs according to their needs that are modern and efficient. Each phase of our projects is completed by experienced and talented team who are well versed in their line of work. We provide regular progress reports, attached with photographs, for each phase of the construction. Until the completion of the project there is supervision by Engineers at all stages of the construction. For each of our project we use high quality materials.
